‘The people’s hero’ is a phrase bandied about, but I think in this instance, it seems appropriate.

I’ve created a section to show what work experience a person has, using your selection criteria, and then another section to indicate the type of work you’re interested in. This latter option can then be used to filter candidates in the member search section. BOOOOOM!
